Sitka Timberline Pant 

Sitka Timberline pant is similar to the popular Sitka Mountain Pant, the Sitka Timberline takes the key characteristics of the Mountain Pant, and adds double reinforced waterproof/breathable seat and knees(very cool feature), removable thermo-molded knee pads, durable 4-way stretch woven fabric and aggressive articulation.  The Sitka Timberline Pant is designed for abuse in the most rugged hunting conditions.  One of our top picks for the western hunter!

    They worked very well in the Wyoming sagebrush country. Fit was great room for layering. Liked the knee pads kneeling down no pricklies stabbing you. Just an all around good product recommend for any hunting situation.Great company to order from no problems.

    I bought the 36 regular which is a 32 inseam. The length is just about an inch off and makes the knee pads worthless.

    The waist, though a 36 is usally big in most pants, is right on borderline with these. Ive kept them for now hoping to shed some weight and they still fit but I shouldve maybe gotten a 38 and wore a belt, just a word of caution.

    Otherwise, they are built awesome.

    Great product and will be keeping me warm and dry for Colorado elk hunt in November. Product is well designed and was made for hunters that are looking for products that are specifically geared towards rocky Mountain hunts or any mountain hunt where you will be hiking miles in the back country

    I would like the pants for Fall hunting.I think they would be way too warm for hiking or early season stalking, ie antelope.

    Skeptical at the "marketing" however after reading the reviews and hearing comments by a fellow hunter who uses a different pair of Sitka hunting pants, decided to try a pair. Have not been disappointed. Fit is excellent and comfortable with no areas that bind. Zip pockets and quiet snap pockets are extremely functional and well positioned for ease of access. Trekking thru different terrains was comfortable. Even during snowfall, managed to stay dry. The knee pads help protect and keep knees warm and dry; even while kneeling on wet ground. Lower legs fit over my insulated low calf height boots. Price point initially prevented me from purchasing a pair; however one gets what one pays for!! Unexpectedly, I do get strange looks from other hunters though. Wildlife doesn't seem to mind.

    I love these pants right off the bat! warm comfortable durable and I can hike with them for hours on end! they breath amazingly and the waterproofing on the knees and butt are awesome to have. the knee pads are not the most comfortable thing to walk in but will save you on sharp rocks. if you don't want them they can be slipped) right out and you're on your way. the reinforced seat knees and butt plus a place to place your knife will never ware out you will before it does. this pant does it all early season late season ( i do recommend layering for the really cold days). Even trekking though the snow and sitting down they never soaked up with water and kept me dry the whole day. If you don't have this in your arsenal for hunting gear you needed it hands down!

    My first pair of these pants however i own all other pairs made by sitka... Another great piece of gear. Great seat and thigh protection when I am riding a horse and or sitting glassing. Only complaint, a little scratchy on inside seams around knees but other than that I love them.
