I haven't wore these pants yet plan to use them for white tail hunting in northern Minnesota in November, they seem like there going to be just what I wanted, they run small so buy a size or two larger than what you normally wear,. I am a 5"8 women and weigh 125lbs and bought a medium tall and there's enough room to put a base layer under them.

These pants are great. The windblocker tech that comes with these makes hunting in MI comfortable! They'll get you through the whole season if you order the right size and layer up underneath.
Also, I've gotten blood all over them a couple times now. One wash, and they were good to go! They do pick up burs like crazy, and you'll spend a little while picking them off, but overall I've been very impressed.

Linton outdoors, just made a customer for life. Last year I ordered two full sets of First light camo, and I love the stuff, its perfect for August and September deer, and elk hunts. I just ordered a complete set of the elevated, insulated camo for later Midwest whitetail hunts, January, Arizona coues deer hunts, and this stuff is perfect. Well made, fits to size, insulates great, and this camo pattern absolutely rocks. Thank you Linton outdoors for carrying products that make me the best bowhunter I can be. Joe m. Owens

These pants are awesome... Very comfortable and the material is very breathable. When it says it will stop the wind it means it. I sat on stand in 20mph wind and never felt a breeze. Also the pants are very warm. A good base layer and the pants kept me warm when it was in the 40's. Great pants !!!

Through the years I have tried many different brands of hunting apparel. Although some do a great job of producing good camo patterns they have skimped on quality clothing. After trying the Sitka brand I have found quality clothing that is well thought out for hunters. The optifade elevated II camo works well in a tree stand, and is perfect for mid to late season hunting. I use the Fanatic fleece Jacket with stratus pants for a perfect combo. The athletic fit is great when your on the move and resists moisture as well. Yes it,s pricey but worth every bit you pay for it and actually will save you money in the long run. I highly recommend their products. Thanks Linton Outdoors and Sitka!

These pants are cut to allow good movement while not being too bulky or heavy. The material kept me dry when pushing through wet underbrush and air dried during the rest of my hike without feeling like they were particularly heavy with moisture. While they are not supposed to be waterproof, I'm happy with the amount of water protection as well as warmth they provide while still allowing athletic movement. Worth the investment, IMHO.
