I really like my new jetstream jacket. The light weight with the windstopper makes it a joy to wear. I definitely like the quietness.

  2. Jetstream Windstopper 5 Star Review

I have had the Jetstream jacket for over a year now and it is by far my favorite for late fall and winter hunts. The Windstopper technology works great when sitting and glassing for hours, wind chill is not an issue. It's not overly insulated so you can stay comfortable in 60 degree weather. As a Gore field tester I am extremely pleased with the performance of this product!

All Sitka gear is the best hunting clothing you can buy. This jacket is very versatile but not for very cold hunting.

  4. best camo coat yet 5 Star Review

I recently had an opportunity to wear my new sitka jetstream jacket. It was windy and 30 degrees with snow on the ground. It completely blocked the wind. The hood functioned and fit very well. I only wore one long slee ve cotton shirt underneath it an I was comfortably warm the whole time I was outside. The fit was perfect, I am 6'1" and 195#. I could have put on one more long sleeve shirt and a Dakota vest under it if the temp was colder. I can highly recommend this jacket to anyone looking for a high quality lightweight hunting jacket.

This jacket is absolutely great. It will keep you warm and does as is specifies: it keeps the wind out. This is a lightweight jacket and has a great slim fit. This jacket moves with you when you move. It has several pockets for storage, and the front pockets are lined to warm up your hands. The only drawback is that if you wear a sweater, it will drag when putting on the jacktet. However, once on, this is a great jacket and highly recommendable.

Light weight and warm. Fits easily into the pack when day warms up. Especially like location of pockets, comfortable for reaching into and warming hands.

On a recent hunt in CO used the jacket when the weather turned foul and stayed comfortable all day.

  8. Light, windstopper with ventilation 5 Star Review

My wife got this for me a birthday present. So far I get the most use out of it it early morning and evening using it on it's own without insulating layers. It is lightweight and blocks *most wind. It's great at blocking wind but if the overall air temp is actually too cold, then you need the insulating layers of course. The pit zips are one of my favorite features because I may not want to take the entire jacket off, yet still cool down a little bit when on the move. The front pockets zip open to offer additional ventilation through the mesh layer inside. The hood seems to stay out of the way when I don't need it and also is adjustable in number of ways. The wind blocking properties are good in conjunction with the insulation with make for a very effective for the environment I use it for: windy with mist/heavy fog/very occasional snow flurries with constantly fluctuating temperatures. I went through a sustained 15 minute slow light rain this week while on the move with it and the water didn't get inside. The hood blocked the rain from my face effectively too. The soft material inside is comfortable when using it as a single layer.
