Sitka Gradient Pant

The Gradient Pant is an unbelievably comfortable midlayer best worn under waders and bibs to insulate against bone chilling temperatures. While it might feel like a well-worn pair of thick cotton sweatpants, the Gradient is anything but. The fully synthetic technical construction insulates even when wet. The high-gauge knit polyester face fabric reduces friction under waders or bibs, while the supple, lofted Berber fleece delivers warmth and unparalleled softness. The gusseted crotch resists bunching, and articulated patterning means you’ll get around with zero restriction. The foot stirrups keep the pant from riding up when slipping into waders or your favorite rubber boots. A durable water repellent finish protects against light moisture and hastens drying time, while the built-in belt lets you customize the fit. Hip pockets and a diagonal zippered front security pocket keep your essentials where you need them.

    Best hunting pants I own. Straps under ur feet hold the pants down when you slide your feet into your waders.

    The pants are unbelievable. Warm and super comfortable. They fit very well under my waders and work great under a pair of bibs.

    This past season 2015, I loved the new gradient pants that were introduced to waterfowl hunters. I am a hunt tech with Gore-Tex and these pants have by far been a great piece for me. The insulation they provide either under my grinder pants, my bibs in the field or my waders had provided the extra warmth and insulation that was needed. They are comfortable, easy to get on and off. Love the hip pockets for my essentials and the tapered legs. There was no bunching up under my waders and they were very durable, worn day in and day out with no shown signs of wear. Great piece and highly recommend to anyone for warmth and extra insulation on those frigid days.

    These pants are well designed to fit under waders and the other Sitka waterfowl line of pants/bibs. They are extremely comfortable and warm, but they are breathable. I have used them for stationary waterfowl hunting and on long walks jump shooting. I've never overheated even on mild days so I see them going in the elk hunting gear bag for layering on cold days.
