    I’ve tried every fabric type, various merino’s, various “lightweight” fabrics but at the end of the day I continue to come back to Sitka. I’m a heavy sweater and in the desert heat that’s a disaster trying to get close to critters. Sitka hands down evaporates the sweat and does not stink longer than any garment I’ve worn in the field. And to top it off linton had the best deal I could find on the internet.

    I’ve used and have many lightweight tops in my drawer however this is one of the better ones. I find manmde fibers work better for me than wool. This one wicks, keeps the sun and bugs off and the comes in handy but yet is unnoticeable while wearing. Scent control is also important and this does a great job but not perfect this the 4stars. I would definitely recommend this top.

    I am very satisfied with the Sitka core lightweight hoody. It provides warmth on those chilly mornings in the early fall. The fabric is breathable and very lightweight so it doesn't allow the cold air to blow on you, while allowing you to stay warm and dry when the hunting activity is high. The form fitting hoody is a great feature that keeps the chill of your head and the back of your neck.
    I would recommend this product for the early fall waterfowl hunting season. I am also looking at the core heavyweight hoody for those cold November hunts.
