Badlands Bino X Case

Product Description

With Badlands entrance in to the O.P.P last year (Optics Protection Program) their magnetically closed Bino case-was not only the fastest selling product in our company's history, it literally set a new standard in how people carry binoculars. Well, the new Bino-X is not only the largest case they have ever made, it just raised the performance bar- through the stratosphere. With its new "Progressive Opening Technology", now you can expose only as much of it's inner treasures as the job requires, leaving everything else protected and dry.
  • Zip-No™ Technology
  • Vented Shoulder Straps
  • Holds Most Large Sized Binoculars
  • Backpack Friendly Harness

Badlands KXO-32 fabric is the strongest, quietest, most waterproof material in the hunting world. How do we know? Because we tried 31 different combos before we finally got it right! Soft, supple, quiet….everything you've always wanted in a hunting pack...and a mate but, that's a debate for another time.

Aramid fibers are fibers in which the chain molecules are highly oriented along the fiber axis so the strength of

the chemical bond can be exploited. What does that mean? Well….we're not sure exactly but we do know that one strand of this thread can lift 110 lbs so we don't really care! Yes, all of the yellow bar-tacks you see on our packs are aramid thread and no, yellow isn't our favorite color. These fibers are so strong and dense that they can't even be dyed another color. At least it's not pink....

Zippers are everywhere and most of the time they are the best closure system you can have. "Most" of the time didn't quite satisfy us however. There were times in the field when we needed something faster, quieter and one-hand friendly. Over 8 years of research and development led to the creation of Badlands Zip-No™ Technology. Using rare-earth magnets (the strongest on the planet), we developed a process in which we could bend them into rope like strands. The result is a zipperless system that can be opened and closed silently with one hand and quicker than any zipper could ever be. When stealth and timing is everything, Zip-No can be the difference between coming out heavy or with just a heavy heart.

Warranty Information

Badlands does not care what happened, or whose fault it was, they will fix it for free forever. Badlands could care less if you bought it at a garage sale or a gear swap, as long as it says Badlands, it's covered. However, your Badlands pack must be repairable, if you throw it in a fire,-with the expectations that sort of craftiness will yield you a brand new pack - that is incorrect. In all honesty, Badlands have seen it all and they understand accidents happen and if it is legit Badlands will always do their best to find you a replacement pack from their demo fleet.

  1. Amazing Case 5 Star Review

Great optics deserve great protection, and the Bino-X provides the best protection there is to offer. I purchased the Bino-X case almost a year ago and was so pleased with it that I bought one for all of the binoculars I own. Not only does it provide leading edge protection from the elements, it is also very well ergonomically designed. When hunting the backcountry of Southeast Alaska, your gear not only needs to be top of the line, but it also needs to be comfortable. I decided to put this case to the test on a mid-season alpine hunt, which offered a lot of uneven ground and required scaling a few cliffs. This case stayed locked at my chest, keeping my optics close in an always ready to use position. The wide shoulder straps offered great carrying comfort and were plenty thin enough to not get in the way of my backpack straps. The design of this case also really impressed me. It’s large enough to handle my 12x50 Leupolds and the small mesh pocket inside, while seemingly simple, is extremely handy and I found it great for carrying extra bullets or whatever else I could fit in there. I really liked the magnetic closing design and how it eliminates the need for zippers, ensuring no worries of a closure malfunction and leaving one less thing to break. The stow away water bladder pouch was also extremely handy while scouting, enabling me to drop my pack and hike around with just the case and my rifle. All in all I was very pleased with this case and won’t go on another hunt without it.

  2. Awesome product. 5 Star Review

A mate had one of these and I was sold on it from day dot. Just spent 4 days giving mine a good thrashing, chasing roaring red stags . I went for the larger size and I am pleased I did, I can fit my leica geovids 10 x 42s, my ACR locator beacon, a small digi camera and a rino 650 in it. Saves me searching through pockets and bags for the things I need the most and at short notice. Oh even room for a couple of extra bullets. Breat piece of kit, Didn't even notice it when wearing heavy back pack.

Badlands bino x case is the best thing since sliced bread fits my binos and water bladder as well as my plb, knife,GPS and a couple of snacks. It's so much better than having binos swing of my neck
